THERMO HYBRID WOOL PAD (wool pad for orbital)

ZviZZer THERMO HYBRID WOOL PAD is a pad for orbital polisher with very extreme abrasiveness (exclusively for orbital / eccentric polisher).

Composed of a combination of synthetic and natural wool, it is reserved for major correction work such as:

• removal of deep micro-scratches
• correction of very pronounced imperfections
• removal of sanding marks (ideal for a polish-luster or a spot repair)

It is generally used with a compound (high abrasiveness) such as Zvizzer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover or a very hard polish such as ZviZZer Pre Cut Deep Scratch Remover and requires, in a second step, the use of a foam pad and a finishing polish to remove any holograms left by a rotary.

Between the velcro and the wool, ZviZZer has inserted a latest-generation foam interface (THERMO PAD technology) that allows better heat control, thus preventing it from softening and losing hardness and stability.

Available in 5 velcro sizes: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 130mm and 155mm.
Total pad thickness: 15mm.

Good to know:

• For 40mm pads, it is recommended to use a 30mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
• For 60mm pads, it is recommended to use a 50mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
• For 80mm pads, it is recommended to use a 75mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
• For 130mm pads, it is recommended to use a 125mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
• For 155mm pads, it is recommended to use a 150mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
