THERMO VELOUR WOOL PAD (wool pad for orbital)

You may receive (depending on arrivals of "white hair with blue interface" pads or "gray hair with orange interface" pads. Apart from the colors, everything is identical :)

ZviZZer THERMO VELOUR WOOL PAD is a pad for orbital polisher with very high abrasiveness (exclusively for orbital / eccentric polisher).

Made from synthetic wool and non-linting, it is intended for major correction work such as:

• removal of deep micro-scratches
• correction of very noticeable imperfections
• removal of sanding marks (ideal for polishing or spot repair)

It is generally used with a compound (high abrasiveness) such as the Zvizzer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover or a very hard polish such as the ZviZZer Pre Cut Deep Scratch Remover and requires, in a second step, the use of a foam pad and a finishing polish in order to remove any holograms left by a rotary.

Between the velcro and the wool, ZviZZer has inserted a foam interface (THERMO PAD technology) which allows better heat control, thus preventing it from softening and therefore losing hardness and stability.

In experienced hands, the THERMO VELOUR WOOL PAD ensures quality work on the surface to be corrected.

Available in 5 velcro sizes: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 130mm and 155mm.
Total pad thickness: 15mm.

Good to know:

• For 40mm pads, a 30mm backing plate should be used to minimize all risks.
• For 60mm pads, a 50mm backing plate should be used to minimize all risks.
• For 80mm pads, a 75mm backing plate should be used to minimize all risks.
• For 130mm pads, a 125mm backing plate should be used to minimize all risks.
• For 155mm pads, a 150mm backing plate should be used to minimize all risks.
