THERMO NANO WOOL PAD (wool pad for rotary)

You may receive (depending on the arrivals of the pads “white hair with blue interface” or the pads “gray hair with orange interface”. Apart from the colors, everything is identical :)

ZviZZer THERMO NANO WOOL PAD is a pad for a rotary polisher with very high abrasiveness (but remains compatible with a dual action polisher).

Designed with very thick natural wool, and non-linting, it is reserved for major correction work such as:

• removal of deep micro-scratches
• correction of very pronounced defects
• removal of sanding marks (ideal for polishing or spot repair work)

It is generally used with a compound (high abrasiveness) such as Zvizzer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover or a very hard polish such as ZviZZer Pre Cut Deep Scratch Remover and requires, in a second step, the use of a foam pad and a finishing polish to remove any possible holograms left by a rotary polisher.

Between the velcro and the wool, ZviZZer has inserted a foam interface (THERMO PAD technology) which allows better heat control, thus preventing it from softening and therefore losing hardness and stability.

Available in 3 velcro sizes: 80mm, 130mm, and 155mm.
Total pad thickness: 30mm.

Good to know:

• For 80mm pads, it is recommended to use a 75mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
• For 130mm pads, it is recommended to use a 125mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
• For 155mm pads, it is recommended to use a 150mm backing plate to minimize all risks.
