Sanding film 150mm (x100)

ZviZZer Sanding Film 150mm is a dry sanding disc used in the brand’s Glass Effect system.

Indeed, it is used with ZviZZer sanding interfaces and the brand’s orbital sander.

It is not a paper sanding disc that tends to tear or wear out prematurely but a very resistant plasticized disc.

The intermediate abrasiveness of 2000 of the Sanding Film from ZviZZer has been selected to allow a uniform finish while remaining safe with the ZviZZer Glass Effect machine.
The final abrasiveness of 3000 of the Sanding Film from ZviZZer has been selected to allow an even smoother and more uniform finish.

The same goes for the 4 holes present on the disc that you will find on the interfaces and sanders of the system.
Once the surface is sanded, simply use a rotary polisher with a ZviZZer DOODLE (wool pad) to restore the vehicle’s shine.

The final pass should preferably be done with an orbital polisher and a ZviZZer Fine Cut Trapez pad and a finishing polish ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover.
