Sanding film 76mm (x100)

ZviZZer Sanding Film 76mm is a dry sanding disc used in the brand’s Glass Effect system.

It is used with ZviZZer sanding interfaces and the brand’s orbital sander.

This is not a paper sanding disc that tends to tear or wear out prematurely but a highly durable plasticized disc.

The intermediate 2000 grit of the Sanding Film from ZviZZer was selected to allow for a uniform finish while remaining safe with the ZviZZer Glass Effect machine.
The final 3000 grit of the Sanding Film from ZviZZer was selected to allow for an even smoother and more uniform finish.

The same applies to the four holes on the disc, which can be found on the interfaces and sanders in the system.
Once the surface has been sanded, simply use a rotary polisher with a ZviZZer DOODLE (wool pad) to restore the vehicle’s shine.

The final pass should preferably be done with an orbital polisher along with a ZviZZer Fine Cut Trapez pad and a finishing polish ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover.
