EX610-6 ORBITAL POLISHER (orbit 21mm)

Shine Mate EX610-6 is a compact orbital polisher from Shine Mate with real effort from the brand to reduce vibrations, unlike the low-end polishers that can be found on the market.

An orbital polisher offers great safety and allows for varnish correction but especially for removing holograms created by a rotary polisher and for the finishing pass.

The EX610-6 has a streamlined design, offering excellent maneuverability.
Equipped with a 21mm orbit, it provides very smooth operation. The correction it offers is very good and the finish is excellent.
The ventilated plate (Dust Devil backing plate) allows good heat dissipation, which prevents the pad from overheating and therefore deforming less, thus increasing its longevity.

Its moderate weight of 2.6 kg and its dial adjustment (6 speeds) make it ideal for all polishing jobs, both horizontal and vertical.

The EX610-6 is ideal for use with a 150mm plate.

GOOD TO KNOW
Always remember to use a pad larger than your plate (backing plate) to avoid any risk of damaging your varnish.
The Shine Mate EX610-6 comes with a 150mm plate (backing plate), so you will need pads with a minimum 150mm velcro.
