EX610-5 ORBITAL POLISHER (orbit 15mm)

Shine Mate EX610-5 is a compact orbital polisher from Shine Mate with real work from the brand to reduce vibrations, unlike low-end polishers found on the market.

An orbital polisher offers great safety and allows for varnish correction but above all to remove holograms created by a rotary polisher and to achieve the finishing pass.

The EX610-5 has a streamlined design and thus offers great maneuverability.
Equipped with a 15mm orbit, its use is very smooth. The correction it provides is very good and the finish excellent.
The ventilated backing plate (Dust Devil backing plate) allows for good heat dissipation, which means the pad heats up less and therefore deforms less, thus increasing its lifespan.

Its contained weight of 2.6 kg and its dial setting (6 speeds) make it ideal for all polishing work, both horizontal and vertical.

The EX610-5 is ideal when used with a 125mm backing plate.

GOOD TO KNOW
Always remember to use a pad larger than your backing plate to avoid any risk of damaging your varnish.
The Shine Mate EX610-5 being delivered with a 125mm backing plate, you will therefore need pads with a minimum 125mm velcro.
