EX605 ORBITAL POLISHER (orbit 12mm)

Shine Mate EX605 is a compact orbital polisher from Shine Mate with real work from the brand to reduce vibrations compared to low-end polishers found on the market. 

An orbital polisher offers great safety and allows you to make varnish corrections but above all to correct holograms created by a rotary polisher and to make the finishing pass.

The EX605 is very compact and offers great maneuverability. Equipped with a 12mm orbit, its use is very smooth.
The correction it provides is effective and the finish excellent.
The ventilated plate (Dust Devil backing plate) allows good heat dissipation, which means the pad heats up less and therefore deforms less, thus improving its longevity.

Its contained weight of 2.2 kg and its adjustment by dial (6 speeds) make it ideal for all polishing work, both horizontal and vertical.

The EX605 is ideal when used with a 125mm plate.

GOOD TO KNOW
Always remember to use a pad larger than your plate (backing plate) to avoid any risk of damaging your varnish.
Since the Shine Mate EX605 comes with a 125mm plate (backing plate), you will therefore need pads with a minimum 125mm velcro.
