Description

The i7 Leather pigment is a high-end pigment solution, designed for touch-ups, full or partial recoloring of pigmented leather, as well as for the creation and colorimetric adjustment of shades.

Its stabilized formulation provides: high covering power, lasting flexibility, optimal adhesion capacity, rapid drying, and perfect compatibility with the entire i7 LEATHER system.

The pigment can be used for local touch-ups, recoloring of larger areas, complete recoloring (automotive interiors, furniture, leather goods), and mixed with other pigments to create or adjust a shade.

The i7 Leather Pigment mixes easily with other pigments from the brand, making it an essential base for the precise reproduction of automotive and furniture shades.

Product usage

Dilution
None.

Use

Carefully clean and degrease the area (soap, hard soap, or solvent depending on condition). Make sure the surface is clean, dull, and perfectly dry.
Apply the fixer if the surface is smooth, closed, or difficult.
Apply the pigment roughly with a brush then perform the mechanical transfer action using the sponge pad.
Always work in thin, even, and progressive layers. Never overload: several thin coats ensure flexibility and adhesion.
Air drying: 30 to 40 minutes per layer depending on environmental conditions (temperature / humidity).
Drying with a heat gun: 30 to 40 cm away, always moving for 10 to 15 minutes.
Once the coloring is uniform, apply Finishing Pro or the Top coat i7 LEATHER suitable (matte or glossy) for long-lasting protection.

Always work in a ventilated, clean space away from any ignition source.
