ZviZZer Thermo Pad Ultra Hard Gray is a pad for orbital or rotary polisher with very strong abrasiveness.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for difficult corrections and hard varnishes with significant defects.

To be used with the polish ZviZZer Pre Cut Scratch Remover, the ZviZZer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover, the famous ZviZZer One Polish or with another hard polish of your choice.

Highly versatile, the THERMO PAD pads are designed to be used with an orbital polisher (Dual Action / eccentric), a forced rotation polisher or a rotary (circular) polisher.

The central hole limits pad deformation when it heats up, allows for better heat dissipation, and prevents polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

Product usage

Pad maintenance and cleaning: During polishing, do not hesitate to brush your pads (with a dedicated brush) or use an air blower from a compressor to remove dried polish residues. After each use, it is important to wash your pads to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal efficiency. Use a pad washer or let your pads soak in a bucket of lukewarm water with a bit of APC for 1 hour. Then spray a bit of APC (soft dilution) on the pad, rub it and rinse it thoroughly until all polish residues are removed. Wring out and let air dry. Once dry, store them away from dust.
