ZviZZer Thermo Pad Very Hard Green is a pad for orbital or rotary polisher with high abrasiveness.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for difficult corrections and hard varnishes with significant defects.

To be used with the polish ZviZZer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover, the famous ZviZZer One Polish or with another hard polish of your choice.

Everything is done to make this pad as efficient as possible: foam quality, open-cell structure, foam color, specific glue between the velcro and the foam…

Very versatile, the pads THERMO PAD are designed to be used with an orbital polisher (Dual Action / eccentric), a forced rotation polisher or a rotary (circular) polisher.

The central hole limits pad deformation when it heats, allows better heat dispersion and prevents the polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

Backing plates to use for THERMOPAD ZviZZer pads:

For pads in 35/55mm (thus 35mm on the velcro side), a backing plate of 30mm should be used.
For pads in 55/70mm (thus 55mm on the velcro side), a backing plate of 50mm should be used.
For pads in 80/90mm (thus 80mm on the velcro side), a backing plate of 75mm should be used.
For pads in 125/140mm (thus 125mm on the velcro side), a backing plate of 125mm should be used.
For pads in 150/160mm (thus 150mm on the velcro side), a backing plate of 150mm should be used.

Product usage

Maintenance and cleaning of pads: During polishing, do not hesitate to brush your pads (with a dedicated brush) or use a compressor air gun to remove dried polish residue. After each use, it is important to wash your pads to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal efficiency. Use a pad washer or let your pads soak in a bucket of lukewarm water with a bit of APC for 1 hour. Then spray a little APC (soft dilution) on the pad, scrub it and rinse it thoroughly until all polish residue is removed. Wring out, then let air dry. Once dry, store them away from dust.
