ZviZZer Thermo Pad Ultra Soft Black is a pad for orbital or rotary polishers with very low abrasiveness.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for the finishing stage to bring out the shine and achieve even more depth than with a classic finishing pad.
It also allows the application of a protection (natural wax or synthetic wax) or a glaze (gloss enhancer) with the polisher.
To be used with the polish ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover, the polish ZviZZer Ultra Fine Cut Swirl Remover & Sealing or any other ultra-finishing polish of your choice.

Very versatile, the THERMO PAD pads are designed to be used with an orbital polisher (Dual Action / eccentric), a forced rotation polisher, or a rotary (circular) polisher.

The central hole limits pad deformation when it heats up, allows better heat dispersion, and prevents polish from clumping at the center of the pad.

Product usage

Maintenance and cleaning of pads: During polishing, feel free to brush your pads (with a dedicated brush) or use an air blower from a compressor to remove dried polish residue. After each use, it is important to wash your pads to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal efficiency. Use a pad washer or let your pads soak in a bucket of warm water with a bit of APC for 1 hour. Then spray a bit of APC (soft dilution) on the pad, rub it and rinse it thoroughly until all polish residue is removed. Wring them out and let them air dry. Once dry, store them away from dust.
