ZviZZer Thermo Pad Soft Red is a pad for orbital or rotary polisher with strong abrasiveness.

It is ideal and perfectly suited for the finishing stage in order to bring out the gloss and achieve even more depth than with a conventional finishing pad.

To be used with the polish ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover, the polish ZviZZer Ultra Fine Cut Swirl Remover & Sealing or any other ultra-finishing polish of your choice.

Very versatile, the THERMO PAD pads are designed to be used with an orbital polisher (Dual Action / eccentric), a forced rotation polisher or a rotary polisher (circular).

The central hole limits the deformation of the pad when it heats up, allows better heat dissipation and prevents the polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

For pads in 35/55mm (thus 35mm on the velcro side), it is recommended to use a 30mm backing plate.
For pads in 55/70mm (thus 55mm on the velcro side), it is recommended to use a 50mm backing plate.
For pads in 80/90mm (thus 80mm on the velcro side), it is recommended to use a 75mm backing plate.
For pads in 125/140mm (thus 125mm on the velcro side), it is recommended to use a 125mm backing plate.
For pads in 150/160mm (thus 150mm on the velcro side), it is recommended to use a 150mm backing plate.

Product usage

Maintenance and cleaning of pads: During polishing, do not hesitate to brush your pads (with a dedicated brush) or use a compressor air blow gun to remove dried polish residues. After each use, it is important to wash your pads in order to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal efficiency. Use a pad washer or let your pads soak in a bucket of warm water with a little APC for 1 hour. Then spray a little APC (soft dilution) on the pad, rub it and rinse it thoroughly until all polish residues are eliminated. Wring out and let air dry. Once dry, store them protected from dust.
