Description

ZviZZer Thermo Pad Hard White is a pad for orbital or rotary polishers with high abrasiveness.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for difficult corrections and hard lacquers with significant defects.

To be used with the polish ZviZZer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover, the famous ZviZZer One Polish or with another hard polish of your choice.

Everything has been done to make this pad as efficient as possible: quality of the foam, open-cell structure, color of the foam, specific glue between the velcro and the foam…

Very versatile, the THERMO PAD pads are designed to be used with an orbital polisher (Dual Action / eccentric), a forced rotation polisher, or a rotary (circular) polisher.

The central hole limits the deformation of the pad when it heats up, allows better heat dissipation and prevents the polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

Backing plates (plateau) to be used for THERMOPAD ZviZZer pads:

For pads in 35/55mm (35mm velcro side), use a 30mm backing plate.
For pads in 55/70mm (55mm velcro side), use a 50mm backing plate.
For pads in 80/90mm (80mm velcro side), use a 75mm backing plate.
For pads in 125/140mm (125mm velcro side), use a 125mm backing plate.
For pads in 150/160mm (150mm velcro side), use a 150mm backing plate.

Product usage

Maintenance and cleaning of pads: During polishing, do not hesitate to brush your pads (with a dedicated brush) or use a compressor air gun to remove dried polish residue. After each use, it is important to wash your pads to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal efficiency. Use a pad washer or let your pads soak in a bucket of warm water with a bit of APC for 1 hour. Then spray a bit of APC (soft dilution) on the pad, rub it, and rinse it thoroughly until all polish residue is removed. Wring out and let air dry. Once dry, store them protected from dust.
