ULTRA HARD THERMO TRAPEZOID PAD

ZviZZer Ultra Hard Thermo Trapez Pad is a pad with very high abrasiveness for an orbital polisher (eccentric polisher), roto-orbital or forced rotation polisher.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for difficult corrections and hard paints showing significant defects.

For an optimum result, it is recommended to use it with the polish ZviZZer Pre Cut Scratch Remover, the ZviZZer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover or the famous ZviZZer One Polish.

The central hole (present on the 80mm, 125mm and 150mm pads) limits pad deformation when it heats up, allows better heat dispersion and prevents the polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

The trapezoidal shape makes it possible to have unmatched stability and “seating,” especially with orbital polishers, which require their backing plate (backing plate) and therefore their pad to be as parallel as possible with the bodywork.

Unlike most trapezoid-shaped pads on the market, TRAPEZ Zvizzer pads are beveled all around the edge of the pad that is in contact with the bodywork. Without this, the edges are very sharp and get damaged more easily, especially if they laterally touch another part than the one being corrected.

• For the 55/70mm pads (thus 55mm on the Velcro side), use a 50mm backing plate (plate).
• For the 80/90mm pads (thus 80mm on the Velcro side), use a 75mm backing plate (plate).
• For the 125/135mm pads (thus 125mm on the Velcro side), use a 125mm backing plate (plate).
• For the 150/165mm pads (thus 150mm on the Velcro side), use a 150mm backing plate (plate).
