Description

Zvizzer Heavy Cut red Slim pad is a pad for a rotary polisher with high abrasiveness.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for difficult corrections and hard varnishes with major defects.
To be used with the polish Zvizzer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover or with another hard polish of your choice.

Everything is done to make this pad as efficient as possible: quality of the foam, open-cell structure, color of the foam, specific glue between the velcro and the foam...

The Heavy Cut red Slim pad from Zvizzer is a very thin pad with a thickness of 12mm which makes it very supple and flexible. Combined with the Flexible M14 backing plate for Slim ZviZZer pad it will provide great working flexibility and significant time saving.

Zvizzer, above all, is a system entirely designed to simplify your task and avoid mistakes thanks to a color code (red/orange/yellow/green) common to pads, microfibers and polishes.
The combo Zvizzer (pad/polish) has been developed to be perfectly compatible and therefore provide the best possible result whether for intensive correction, light correction, or even finishing.

Available sizes for the Slim Zvizzer range:
The dimensions are expressed as follows (velcro dimension/foam working surface dimension/pad thickness)

76/90/12mm
140/150/12mm

Backing plates to use for Slim Zvizzer pads:

For pads in 76/90mm (thus 76mm on the velcro side), it is appropriate to use a 75mm backing plate. Thanks to its shape, the working surface is 90mm and minimizes any risks.
For pads in 140/150mm (thus 140mm on the velcro side), it is appropriate to use a 125mm backing plate. Thanks to its shape, the working surface is 150mm and minimizes any risks. Ideal plate: Flexible M14 backing plate for Slim ZviZZer pad.

Product usage

Maintenance and cleaning of pads:

During polishing, feel free to brush your pads (with a dedicated brush) or use a compressor air blower to remove dried polish residues.
After each use, it is important to wash your pads to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal efficiency. Use a pad washer or let your pads soak in a bucket of warm water with a bit of APC for 1 hour. Then spray a bit of APC (soft dilution) on the pad, scrub it, and rinse it thoroughly until all polish residues are removed. Wring out, then let air dry. Once dry, store them away from dust.
