HARD THERMO TRAPEZE PAD

ZviZZer Hard Thermo Trapez Pad is a highly abrasive pad for orbital polishers (eccentric polishers), roto-orbital or forced rotation polishers.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for difficult corrections and hard paints with significant defects.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use it with the polish ZviZZer Heavy Cut Scratch Remover or the famous ZviZZer One Polish.

Zvizzer, above all, is a system entirely designed to make your task easier and avoid mistakes thanks to a color code (blue/red/orange/yellow/green) common to pads, microfibers, and polishes.

The central hole (present on the pads in 80mm, 125mm and 150mm) limits the deformation of the pad when it heats up, allows better heat dispersion and prevents polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

The trapezoidal shape allows for unmatched stability and “support,” mainly with orbital polishers that require their backing plate (backing plate) and therefore their pad to be as parallel as possible with the bodywork.

Unlike most trapezoidal-shaped pads on the market, TRAPEZ Zvizzer pads are beveled all around the pad that is in contact with the bodywork. Without this, the edges are very sharp and are damaged more easily, especially if they touch sideways another element than the one being corrected.

The ZviZZer combo (pad/polish) has been developed to be perfectly compatible and thus provide the best possible result whether for intensive correction, light correction, or even finishing.

The dimensions are expressed as follows (velcro dimension/pad thickness/foam working surface dimension)

• 35/20/45mm
• 55/20/70mm

Backing plates (backing plate) to be used for THERMO TRAPEZ PAD ZviZZer:

• For pads in 35/45mm (thus 35mm on the velcro side), it is advisable to use a backing plate of 30mm.
• For pads in 55/70mm (thus 55mm on the velcro side), it is advisable to use a backing plate of 50mm.
• For pads in 80/90mm (thus 80mm on the velcro side), it is advisable to use a backing plate of 75mm.
• For pads in 125/135mm (thus 125mm on the velcro side), it is advisable to use a backing plate of 125mm.
• For pads in 150/165mm (thus 150mm on the velcro side), it is advisable to use a backing plate of 150mm.
