ULTRA SOFT THERMO TRAPEZOID PAD

ZviZZer Ultra Soft Thermo Trapez Pad is a very low-abrasive pad for orbital polisher (eccentric polisher), roto-orbital or forced rotation.

It is therefore ideal and perfectly suited for light corrections and for the finishing stage to bring out the shine and enhance the depth of the paint.

It also allows the application of a protection (natural wax or synthetic wax) or a glaze (polish) with the polisher.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use it with the polish ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover or the ZviZZer Ultra Fine Cut Swirl Remover & Sealing.

Zvizzer, is above all a system fully designed to simplify your task and avoid mistakes thanks to a color code (blue/red/orange/yellow/green) common to the pads, microfibers and polishes.

The central hole (present on the pads in 80mm, 125mm and 150mm) limits the deformation of the pad when it heats up, allows better heat dispersion and prevents the polish from clumping in the center of the pad.

The trapezoidal shape provides unmatched hold and “stability,” mainly with orbital polishers which require their backing plate and therefore their pad to be as parallel as possible with the bodywork.

Unlike most trapezoidal-shaped pads on the market, the TRAPEZ Zvizzer pads are beveled all around the edge of the pad that is in contact with the bodywork. Without this, the edges are very sharp and get damaged more easily, especially if they touch laterally another element than the one being corrected.

The ZviZZer (pad/polish) combo has been developed to be perfectly compatible and therefore deliver the best possible result, whether for intensive correction, light correction, or even finishing.

Backing plates to use for the THERMO TRAPEZ PAD ZviZZer:

• For pads in 35/45mm (therefore 35mm on the velcro side), a backing plate of 30mm should be used.
• For pads in 55/70mm (therefore 55mm on the Velcro side), a 50mm backing plate (plate) should be used.
• For pads in 80/90mm (therefore 80mm on the Velcro side), a 75mm backing plate (plate) should be used.
• For pads in 125/135mm (therefore 125mm on the Velcro side), a 125mm backing plate (plate) should be used.
• For pads in 150/165mm (therefore 150mm on the Velcro side), a 150mm backing plate (plate) should be used.
