ADBL Clay Towel is a medium decontamination microfiber (clay towel) and an interesting alternative to the traditional clay bar. The decontamination step is essential before a paint correction or before applying a protective wax. It helps remove water spots, fresh tree sap, iron particles and other surface contaminants deposited on the paint, glass, metal...
This alternative to the clay bar has 3 main advantages:
- it does not require a clay lubricant (claylube), a mild pH neutral shampoo is sufficient
- it has a good lifespan
- it allows you to save a lot of time during the decontamination stage
The decontamination microfiber can be used both on the bodywork and on the windows, headlights, and rims.
Once the surface is decontaminated, it becomes smooth and shiny.
The medium decontamination microfiber (clay towel) has been designed to remove medium contaminations and is therefore recommended before performing polishing or light correction.
Decontamination has never been so easy and economical!
Dimensions: 30 X 30cm
Important:
During the first use of the microfiber, clean the windows first to break in the mitt.
After any decontamination with a mitt, it is advisable to carry out polishing.
Good to know:
If the vehicle has heavy contamination, consider performing a chemical decontamination first: ADBL TAR AND GLUE REMOVER and ADBL VAMPIRE LIQUID.
Never use ADBL CLAY TOWEL with a solvent-based product (such as tar removers, for example).
Do not expose ADBL CLAY TOWEL to temperatures exceeding 35/40°.

Usage
Wash the vehicle well and rinse it, no need to dry it
Dip the decontamination microfiber in a bucket containing soft shampoo with neutral pH (or spray a clay lubricant directly on the surface and glove)
Pass the decontamination microfiber on the microfiber side over the element to be treated in order to distribute the shampoo on the surface
Dip the decontamination microfiber again in the bucket with the shampoo then pass the glove on the decontamination side (gray) over the element to be treated in straight movements with very light pressure. Do not hesitate to add more shampoo if the surface starts to lack shampoo.
Once the element is treated, rinse both sides of the decontamination microfiber in the rinse bucket then move on to the next element.
Once the vehicle is finished, wash the vehicle again with the remaining shampoo, rinse it and then dry it with an anti-scratch drying microfiber.
Important
During the first use of the decontamination microfiber, clean the windows first in order to break in the glove.
Maintenance
Once the decontamination is finished, rinse both sides of the decontamination microfiber thoroughly with clear water.
