Autotriz offers combos of different bases with the Top Coat 2.0. Depending on the selected base, the combination will offer different possibilities such as:

Base ULTRA + Top Coat 2.0 = intermediate version offering up to 3 years of protection

Base PRO + Top Coat 2.0 = most advanced ceramic version offering up to 5 years of protection

Base HYBRID + Top Coat 2.0 = optimized version incorporating GRAPHENE and offering up to 5 years of protection

This is the BASE COAT bottle which is normally sold in the Complete Kit including the BASE COAT and the TOP COAT. We have decided to also offer the BASE COAT and TOP COAT separately for PROs who apply 2 layers of BASE COAT and 1 layer of TOP COAT.

Autotriz 3D Matrix PRO 50 ml (formerly Autotriz V1 3D Matrix Coating "BASE") is a ceramic treatment made in Germany that uses a 3D nanotechnology structure providing extreme clarity, reflections and unmatched gloss.

The ceramic Autotriz 3D Matrix PRO provides very long-lasting protection (5 years). It offers very good resistance against micro-scratches, chemicals and high temperatures.

The Autotriz 3D Matrix PRO treatment has very pronounced hydrophobic properties that protect the paint from oxidation, discoloration, dirt, acid rain, salt, UV rays...

In addition, all future washes will be greatly facilitated.

Protection duration: approximately 5 years (in 2 layers).

Thickness (1 layer): 3/5 microns

Contact angle: > 115°

Consumption: economical (about 15ml/layer on a sedan-type vehicle)

1 bottle of ceramic (50ml)
1 applicator block
5 suede cloths 10x10cm
1 sticker to affix to the protected vehicle

Important: remember to apply the Top Coat on this base layer to obtain incomparable smoothness and an extreme water-repellent effect ;)

Use
Application of the vial of Autotriz 3D Matrix PRO:

Shake the vial well before use.

Prepare 2 or 3 new short-pile, lint-free, seamless, borderless, ultrasonic-cut wiping (buffing) microfibers such as MADNESS Slogger or KLIN Zero Finish HD, for example.
Place one of the supplied suedes (10x10cm) on the applicator block on the "soft foam" side and apply 7–8 drops onto the suede.
Work on small areas of about 50x50cm with moderate pressure. Make sure the surface is perfectly treated by applying in cross passes (from right to left then from top to bottom).
Once the area is covered, wait about 3 minutes (this time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity level of your workspace) then wipe with the first wiping microfiber which will "level" the ceramic layer.
Wipe immediately with the second microfiber until there is no longer any product residue.
Do not hesitate to use a third microfiber to ensure no ceramic remains on the surface and check with the appropriate lamps such as SCANGRIP.
When the V1 Base Coat layer has been applied over the entire vehicle, you must wait at least 1 hour before applying a second layer or before applying the TOP COAT layer.
