The other new feature lies in the fact that this kit is composed no longer of one 50ml vial but of 2 vials of 50ml. The first vial is a base coat (provides 9H hardness and resistance) and the second vial is a top coat (provides strong hydrophobicity, real softness to the touch and an anti-static aspect).
This new version is therefore even more economical for installers!

Note: it is designed to be applied with 1 layer of base coat and 1 layer of top coat and the maximum hardness and finish will be obtained with 2 layers of base coat and 1 layer of top coat.

AUTOTRIZ V1 3D Matrix Coating is a ceramic treatment manufactured in Germany that uses a 3D nanotechnology structure which provides extreme clarity, reflections and unmatched gloss.

The ceramic V1 3D Matrix New Generation provides very long-lasting protection (5 years). It offers very good resistance against micro-scratches, chemicals and high temperatures.

The AUTOTRIZ V1 3D Matrix Coating treatment has very pronounced hydrophobic properties that help protect the paintwork from oxidation, discoloration, dirt, acid rain, salt, UV rays...

In addition, all subsequent washes will be greatly facilitated.

Use
Application of the vial of V1 BASE COAT:

Shake the vial well before use.

Prepare 2 or 3 new short pile lint-free, edgeless, seamless buffing microfibers cut by ultrasound, such as MADNESS Slogger or KLIN Zero Finish HD, for example.
Place one of the provided suede cloths (10x10cm) on the applicator block on the "soft foam" side and apply 7–8 drops on the suede.
Work on small areas of about 50x50cm with moderate pressure. Make sure the surface is perfectly treated by applying in cross passes (from right to left then from top to bottom).
Once the area is covered, wait about 3 minutes (this time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity level of your room) then wipe with the first buffing microfiber which will "level" the ceramic layer.
Immediately wipe with the second microfiber until there is no product residue left.
Do not hesitate to use a third microfiber to ensure there is no ceramic left on the surface, and check with suitable lamps such as SCANGRIP.
When the V1 Base Coat layer has been applied to the entire vehicle, you must wait at least 1 hour before applying a second layer or before applying the TOP COAT layer.

Application of the vial of V1 TOP COAT:

Shake the vial well before use.

Prepare 2 or 3 new short pile lint-free, edgeless, seamless buffing microfibers cut by ultrasound, such as MADNESS Slogger or KLIN Zero Finish HD, for example.

Place one of the provided suede cloths (10x10cm) on the applicator block on the "soft foam" side and apply 7–8 drops on the suede.
Work on small areas of about 50x50cm with moderate pressure. Make sure the surface is perfectly treated by applying in cross passes (from right to left then from top to bottom). However, unlike the BASE COAT, you must apply it very quickly!
NO DRYING TIME: wipe with the first buffing microfiber which will "level" the ceramic layer.
Immediately wipe with the second microfiber until there is no product residue left.
Do not hesitate to use a third microfiber to ensure there is no ceramic left on the surface, and check with suitable lamps such as SCANGRIP.
Wait 24h under cover before using the vehicle and 7 days before washing it.

Infrared lamp drying information (not mandatory):

The drying time can be accelerated with infrared lamps after applying the TOP COAT layer.

Minimum 80cm distance between the lamps and the surface.
Maximum 70⁰C
Maximum 30 minutes on each element.
