Ceramic protection: bodywork with glossy varnish, matte satin varnish, wrap, wrapping, PPF, rims, unpainted raw exterior plastics.

Polytop Neox Glaze Ultra Set is a kit containing a 50ml ceramic treatment integrating a UV tracer and a UV LED lamp.

The polysilazanes contained in the formulation form a 3D matrix and adhere durably to painted and varnished surfaces (glossy or matte), to stone chip protection films (such as stone guards on side skirts), to plastic protection films (PPF) and to wrapping films.

A hard, easy-to-clean, and extremely hydrophobic protective layer. The gloss, color depth, smoothness, and hydrophobicity of the treated surface are significantly improved.

NEOX ® Glaze Ultra also protects against environmental stresses, and damage caused by oxidation, salt, acids, insects, and rust.

Which surfaces can be protected by this ceramic treatment?

Glossy or matte varnished paint
Direct gloss (paint that has not received layers of varnish on top of the last coat of paint). Often on old vehicles (youngtimer, old timer, vintage cars...)

What is the final appearance once the treatment is applied?

On paint covered with a glossy varnish or on a glossy PPF/wrapping film, the gloss will be greatly amplified (even more on a varnish).
On paint covered with a matte satin varnish or on a matte satin PPF/wrapping film, the look will not change and will be very uniform.

Why is UV tracer ceramic treatment technology a small revolution?

Perfectly uniform application because no area can be forgotten thanks to the UV lamp which will reveal the areas where the ceramic treatment has not been applied
No streaks due to poor ceramic wiping! (which often requires polishing to remove). Indeed, the UV lamp will allow us to ensure that the wiping has been correctly carried out.

Neox Glaze Ultra is also available in a single vial (without the UV lamp).

Good to know:

This ceramic can be applied with a paint gun ;) Consumption will be higher but this option can be interesting in certain specific cases. Working pressure (2–3 bars). Nozzle (0.8mm to 1.3mm) Standard compressed air HVLP gun. Clean the gun well after use with a cleaner/ipa.
Preservation of the ceramic once opened (between 6 and 12 months). The more ceramic remains in the vial, the longer it will last. Always store away from light, cold, and heat (around 15–20 degrees).

Product usage

Dilution
None.

Use

Work in an enclosed area (between 5 and 30 degrees, 30% to 80% humidity)
Make sure the surface to be treated is perfectly washed and dried
Degrease the surface beforehand with an IPA cleaner.
Before use, shake the bottle well for at least 30 seconds
Equip yourself with safety equipment (nitrile gloves and protective mask)
Place about twenty drops on the suede previously positioned on the applicator block
Apply the NEOX GLAZE ULTRA one element at a time (except the hood in 2 stages) in cross passes.
The flash time (waiting time between the end of application and wiping) is approximately 5 to 10 minutes (duration varies depending on temperature and humidity level)
Wipe thoroughly with a scratch-free microfiber dedicated to wiping ceramic coatings.
Then wipe again with a second scratch-free microfiber dedicated to wiping ceramic coatings
Turn off any light source and check with the supplied UV LED lamp that no area has been missed during wiping.
If you want to maximize the treatment, apply a second coat, waiting at least 1 hour after wiping the first coat.
Let the vehicle dry for 24 hours (no water, no humidity).
Do not wash the vehicle within 10 days after applying the treatment.
For maintenance and to extend the treatment as much as possible, apply Polytop Neox Booster every 2 to 3 washes.

Important
Do not apply in sunlight or on a hot surface. Apply the product in a well-ventilated area.
Keep the product away from any heat source. Wear gloves and protective masks.
Once the bottle is opened, use it within the following months.
