Car body ceramic protection CarPro CQuartz Lite

CarPro CQuartz Lite is a ceramic protection (a combo between Sio2 and Tio2 particles) very easy to apply and wipe off.

This "Lite" version was designed based on the same composition as the famous "CQuartz UK".

It can be used in 2 different ways:
- as a stand-alone protection for a duration of at least 6 months
- as a boosting protection (top coat) on a CarPro CQuartz ceramic such as Cquartz UK 3.0 for example

The CQuartz Lite is intended for users who want durable protection with the advantages of a ceramic coating without requiring the technicality of applying a very long-lasting ceramic treatment.

For an advanced enthusiast, it's the perfect product to take "the step into ceramic".

Cquartz Lite from CarPro is designed to be used on a car body but you can, if you wish, apply it to other surfaces (plastics, rims and windows - except the windshield).
The only variable will be the durability, which will vary depending on the surface.

Use

Shake the vial before use. Work on a cool, dry, clean surface in a closed, dust-free area.

Make sure you have a clean and decontaminated surface. Use CarPro Iron X, Tar X and decontaminate the surface with a clay bar in order to obtain a perfectly decontaminated surface. Then polish the bodywork to eliminate micro-scratches, swirls, limescale deposits and other defects.
Use CarPro Eraser with a scratch-free microfiber to remove all remaining residues on the bodywork.
Apply about ten drops to the supplied microfiber applicator. Work on surfaces of about 50cm by 50cm, crossing your passes (up and down then left to right).
Wipe immediately once the area has been treated using a high-quality scratch-free microfiber like the one provided in the box. Using a second microfiber, wipe again to ensure there is no excess ceramic. Check carefully with a good light source such as Scangrip; there should be no trace or residue left!
Good to know: if you notice a mark shortly after wiping your ceramic, you can reapply ceramic to the area to "erase" this mark.
It is recommended to apply a layer of CarPro Reload (or equivalent) 1 hour after finishing the application of Cquartz Lite to protect the ceramic from possible water spots (if it rains in the following days).
Leave your vehicle in a covered area for 24 hours and avoid washing the vehicle for 7 days.

Recommended equipment for application:
- mask
- solvent-resistant nitrile gloves

Important
Do not apply in sunlight or on a hot surface. Use gloves and, if necessary, goggles.
Work in a covered and closed area. Ideal conditions (15 to 25 degrees and 50 to 70% humidity).
Do not wash the vehicle within 7 days following the application of the treatment.
