Meguiar's M100 Pro Speed Compound 946ml is a hard polish with strong abrasiveness that removes severe micro-scratches.
It should be used with HARD foam pads or natural wool pads and is of course compatible with orbital and rotary polishers.
Without fillers, it can be used on all bodyworks, even the hardest clear coats.
It is advisable to then use a finishing polish.
